Born in Forlì, she earned a degree in Architecture from the University of Ferrara, gaining experiences in Sweden and the United States. She later obtained an MA in Design from Domus Academy.
From 2004 to July 2012, she collaborated with James Irvine, broadening her international knowledge and vision. Since then, she has been working independently with a studio based in Milan. Her design approach is rooted in continuous personal exchange with clients, technicians, and other collaborators. The design process for her is inherently collaborative and not a solo.
Honesty of intent and simplicity of result are what she seeks at this moment. Any judgment of a product inevitably carries a subjective component tied to personal taste, but she believes that these two characteristics help remove the project from a purely aesthetic evaluation, making it meaningful and placing it on an almost neutral and independent plane.
She focuses on product design, exhibition design, and art direction. Additionally, she teaches as a guest professor at various universities, including ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland. For the 2025–2028 term, she serves as a jury member for Pro Helvetia.
She collaborates with Ichendorf, Kettal, Quadro design, Marsotto edizioni, Trame, paolazani, Pretziada, Cantarutti, SCAB...
