Studio renovation
This space is located in a residential building of the early 900s. Back then it was a neighborhood of low-income housing near San Vittore prison in Milan. A long corridor divides the space into two parts. The fairly regular plan has allowed to create, in the left wing, a single environment divided only by furnishing elements that separate the meeting area from the operational work area and the leisure area. The cementine floors typical of Milan have been preserved. Existing heating pipes have been left unobstructed and are greatly affected by the heating of the studio. The passages, which over the years had been made low and with doors, were only liberated and brought back to their original height. The furnishings are all tailor-made.
